We will not use identifiable Client Confidential Information for such purposes without explicit consent.
  • Client Relationship Management: To manage our engagement with Clients, including communications, account administration, and customer service.
  • Billing and Collections: To process payments and manage financial records.

9. Your Privacy Rights (Colorado Privacy Act & Other US Laws)

Under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws, residents of certain states may have specific rights regarding their Personal Information. Unity Innovations LLC is committed to honoring these rights. These may include:

11. Data Processing on Behalf of Clients (Role as a Processor)

When Unity Innovations LLC develops custom AI Scripts for our Clients, and those scripts are designed to process Personal Information for which the Client is the “Controller” (as defined by the CPA), Unity Innovations acts as a “Processor” (or “Service Provider”). In such cases:

  • We will process Personal Information only on the documented instructions of our Client (the Controller).
  • We will assist the Client in meeting their obligations under the CPA, such as by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures and assisting with data subject rights requests, as contractually agreed.
  • Our processing activities will be governed by a data processing agreement (DPA) or relevant clauses within our Service Agreement with the Client, consistent with CPA requirements.

12. International Data Transfers

Unity Innovations LLC is based in the United States. If we transfer Personal Information to or from other countries (e.g., if using international cloud service providers), we will ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect10 the Personal Information.
